Store Update
Hey all!
As of December 19th, 2023, our (now former) merch fulfillment partner SCP has filed for bankruptcy and shut down, forcing us at Psychostick to step in and take over all things merch. We're currently in the process of this transition.
The thing is, we don't know how long this will take, but we're all over it. I'll do my best to answer any initial questions you might have.
Q. I had placed an order/pre-order, and have yet to receive it. What's going on with that?
If you placed an order with the last month or so and it still hasn't shown up, that's because they fired everyone. Yep - everyone.
They also just informed me that they're unable to fulfill orders. You can contact SCP to get more info if you want, but they'll probably tell you exactly what I just did. Whee.
I have a record of your order and, if you can hang in there, I will find a way to get your order to you as fast as possible. I can't do much beyond that, we're still scrambling to get this all figured out.
But, as I mentioned, I'm going to get things moving as fast as I can to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible. I will also be reaching out to you individually to update as things develop.
I can't express to you how sorry I am that we're in this pickle, but if you can picture me flashing my puppy-dog eyes of sadness, I dunno... maybe that'll help distract you from my seething rage. Whee!
Q. I want to order a CD! When can I do that?
We're trying to get our discs back from SCP as soon as possible. Once we have them in hand, we'll open those up for ordering.

Again, this is dumb and I wish I had more control of the situation. We're slowly going to rebuild our store here and eventually get things back up to speed.
